Thread Reducers
Metric & Multistandard Components Corp. offers a full line of Parker Legris Brand Metric Reducers. Parker Legris reducers (MMCC #L3166) are made of Technical Ploymer (Nylon) and come equipped with a Buna Nitrile O-Ring and a stainless steel gripping ring. Reducers have a working temperature range of -4° F to 176° F (-20°C to 80°C) and a maximum working pressure of 290 PSI.
L3166 metric thread reducers are used for in line connections of smaller diameter flexible tubing with another push-to-connect fitting. The design of the L3166 reducer creates full air flow. Nominal sizes (called out as O.D.1/O.D.2) range from 4-6 through 12.
