Plastic Seal Rings
Plastic Seal Rings are used with all types of screws. When using a plastic seal ring, as the fastener is tightened, the plastic seal ring forms a strong, durable seal between the surface and the lower portion of the fastener head.

MMCC’s plastic seal rings are made from Nylon 6 material and can be used in temperatures ranging from -22°F to 212°F. 1078PL is designed to be used with Hex Head Screws and Nuts, 1079PL is designed to be used with Socket Head Cap Screws and 1081Pl is also designed to be used with Hex Head Screws and Nuts, however, it is thinner than the 1078PL and has a reinforced seal.
