DIN 6340 Metric Trust Flat Washers are hardened round discs with round holes. Thrust Flat Washers are designed for use with fasteners passing through elongated holes requiring large clamping loads.
DIN 6340 have a hardness of 350HV with a larger outside diameter and greater thickness than a normal flat washer. These flat washers provide a bearing surface for fasteners that will resist deflecting when used in high stress applications.
